Mm, pro players from all over the world join the NBA and perform well. College players too, or sometimes even top highschool recruits. They dont suddenly gain special powers once they join the NBA. Of course they will slowly improve, but there are definitely players outside of the NBA that are currently better than several players in the league. However, Trae Young is one of the best players in the world.
