You need to take the rails off the roof fully renew the wood battens inside if rotten then bed the rails back on with new screws. I had mine done twice where they just ran sealer at side of rails. That kept water in a Chanel. To run under rails. Simon at Custom campers knows his stuff. He did loads of work on mine
