At fifty, I'm thinking I have nothing to look forward to and my best years are behind me. You have no idea how inspiring this is for me. Thank you for uploading this video.

50? that's not even old
The most underrated part of this is that you do what you can without pushing yourself too hard. Bit by bit your body will adjust and then it will ask for more. Too many people try too hard to fast. Just take your time. Especially if you have never exercised before. Remember, she lost about 30lbs in five years. So it was a gradual process and she just kept at it. So for anyone reading this, easy does it. It's not a race and you'll get there.

So inspriing! Not only is her fitness level incredible, to see her body skin so tight at 92, that is an amazing testament to the power of exercise in all ways for healthy aging.
So inspiring… She began at 65 🎉 I began at 51.. it’s been a year for me and I like the lifestyle I’m having now, intermittent fasting plus exercising

Genetics play a key role in that, a big hand full of Japanese people live very long and have great skin genetics. The other key factors is diet, nutrient intake, and fitness, which she clearly perfected.
i like how her face is natural. She ages the way we should. No plastic surgery.
Amazing what you can achieve by just following the standard advice of eating your fruits, veggies and lean protein, moving your body and lifting weight and keeping a positive attitude. It seems so simple and we've heard it so long we just ignore it and look for a quick fix to aging, but this is surely the way to go.
I’m so inspired. I’ve lost 26 lbs already. Keep these stories coming. I plan to be one of these ladies!
I'll have whatever she's having. What a remarkable woman. Love this!!!🙌🏽🏋🏽♀🏋🏽♀🏋🏽♀🙌🏽❤

Doing forget a healthy diet! She eats fish, eggs, yogurt, and plant proteins (tofu and natto). I have said for years, there is no health benefits to eating poultry or red meat, fish or beans has many proven health benefits against heart disease, cancer, diabetes, kidney disease etc....
She is amazing! Exercise and the right nutrition does, lengthen your life! 💪🏋♀️💪🍎
What? 92? Howww? 😳😳
Amazing
Wow!!!!
😍😍😍😍😍😍 Amazing
Awesome 👍 Excellent Inspirational WOW Thanks for your work 🎉🎉🎉
wow!! 92!!
Well, her physique is not the only thing that i find extraordinary. Her face just looks incredible, wrinkle-free, wow... How can that be at 92? This puzzles me even more.
This is a fabulous video! There are lots of young people pushing various junk, but this woman is authentic and her results speak for themselves. Look at Dean Ornish and see how bad he looks now.
She's not just the oldest fitness instructor in Japan, but the oldest fitness instructor in the world.
That's amazing she certainly doesn't look age 92. Congrats to her for taking care of her health and inspiring others.
What a energy grandamma
What amazing you are my hero thank you God bless ❤ one love wow

Wooow
I can't believe this
♥️
Come on everyone let's get inspired and push our mom's to do work outs and become like her 😂 we are good in this !!!😅
At almost 72, been working out...weights, cardio, yoga, pilates, kettlebell, since 1980. Had two catastrophic car accidents that doc said if I weren't in such good shape, I would prob never walk again. I have fibromyalgia, and constant moving is the only thing that keeps the pain at bay. Can still fit in 1971 wedding dress
👍👍
🔥🔥🔥🔥
only 4 hours of sleep?? But we were told by our doctors that we need at least 7! How is it ok with our body to force only 4 hours of sleep and yet put it through the grueling excercise afterwards? Am I missing something? Also, look at her hair, its still good and holding up. Many Americans are balding in their mid 30s.

The older you get the less sleep you need.
@Anna-mv9ew
Жыл бұрын
Generic advice is wrong, true restoring sleep that your body needs is first 4 hours of deep sleep. But most people drink caffeine, are not healthy, magnesium deficient, etc, that's why their first 4 hours don't work for them and need to catch up with additional hours, even though later phases are only giving a little amount of deep sleep and more rem sleep that only tires you up. Also if you have psychological problems for sure your sleep quality deteriorates and you feel like you need to sleep more, but instead get tired from all of the shallow phase sleep. It's not really healthy to spend time in rem sleep. tldr sometimes less is more
The video is more about her biography than tips
Go Obachan 💪
Call me duly impressed! 😊👍
If the narrative was changed from 'thin and healthy' to 'healthy and fit', it would be so much better. Being thin should not the benchmark of being healthy, but instead the byproduct of leading a healthier and more active lifestyle.
I wanna be like her!
I've seen a few of these videos about her, and wonder if anybody knows anything about her husband? Is he still alive, and if so, has he embarked on the journey with her or continued to age while she's been youthing?..

Wow is all i can say
See, there are no excuses. Keep your body moving even if it is only a 30 min walk daily. Eat healthy nourishing whole foods too! It is ok to have a little treat here and there in moderation. Exercise will keep you fit healthy and strong!
You cannot reverse death! Seek God while you are still alive!
Essentially a pescaterian diet. Lots of fruits, veggies with plant protein from tofu and natto as well as fish.
I, too am in great shape at 112 years of age. Only problem I have is I get carried around in a bucket.
I am 29 yrs her junior and am sitting here on my sofa, feeling rotten and having all kinds of things going on with my body! NOT a happy camper right now! I KNOW I should exercise!

I was thinking about I'm too old to be as active as a young officer. Got slapped lol.
Diet: 6:42. One of the reasons she can do this in her 90s is because she didn't ruin her body at work as most men do.
Only the way is exercises & natural food intak of water Food be the medicine Medicine be the food
She just lucky having a good gene . I remember in China an 100 old grandma in an interview asked fir her favorit food she said instant noodle. And a chinese grandpa run marathon while smoking two packs of cigaretes.... very2 lucky people
You can clearly see she's special, no one can get like this just because they want, its her amazing genetics that allow that age and shape

For a small number of people, it does seem that short time is enough. (Not me, sadly.) But, as an American teaching in Japan, I heard from teens that they were told that if they were sleeping 8 hours a night, they weren’t working hard enough. (They were studying for college entrance exams.) Hope this kind of mindset isn’t what she’s promoting.
I get enough exercise out of just breathing!

Thanks her husband
"just a housewife"......I challenge all men & women who see being a housewife as "just" a housewife, to walk a few miles in a housewife's shoes!
I appreciate her but i have seen women too much caring about self . Old women in Indian villages such as my grand mother had similar fitness but their stories are not published because they never cared about flat abs. My grandmother raised 8 children and then spend lot of time with 24 grandchildren. She never had time and never did exercise. But she was fit till age of 86. Now since Japan is facing population crisis they should also promote women like my grand mother who never thought about themselves instead dedicated life to family.
Some people have 1% top of the line genetics, this lady is one of that percentage.
Conclusion: a house wife is best health professional. Men - don’t marry a woman going office but house wife.
என்னடா சொல்றீங்க.. நேசமாவா??😮😮😮 நம்ப முடியலடா
These stories are all pretty much the same - exercise, healthy diet, rest, low stress.
A tight bottom like a Brazilian woman? 2:18
she looks like 60
We had a woman at our church, 93 yo, and she was beautiful. Smooth skin , beautiful eyes, smart and clear mind. The woman here in the video looks 200 years old compared to her . Nothing wrong with her but I would not look like her at 92

Why showing chinese country side’s poor family image? She is Japanese from regular family. This video is showing wrong image of her younger time life.
She definitely doesn't have fibromyalgia and arthritis...
