The level at 38.53 can be further optimitzed the taking that pipe which goes at the top in last section. Then simply jump over the bully. It would save time

There is no spin jump per se but if you mean the twirl in the air to get more distance then yes. I do believe that is slower than just continuing a jump.

You just jump in the very rightmost corner of a block. I think there's a few pixels to do it and depending on which pixel you do it on it will change the amount of time you save

the problem with optimizing the world records: in the time you need to optimize the world record; getting a little better time.. the person you take those records from already got 3+ new word records... which are not optimized and easy to take.
