@@ravyntaylor6982 she said something like a mix between them but it sounded more like kowai 😄 for the firs time it was mostly because she said like a short e at the end (idk how to explain it in english ahha) but its supposed to be long like eee 🤣 kah-wah-eee

I’m Japanese. It certainly sounds like kowai, but due to the situation at this time, I heard it as kawaii. But I think your point is a good one, because it is very easy to make a mistake for someone learning Japanese!

As a cosplayer, the chaotic energy in this video was almost nostalgic lol. It's literally every photographer at every convention ever, and as a cosplayer I always have big crowds of people trying to take pictures of me. The best part is after the convention, looking online through everyone's albums at the amazing shots they got of you and every other cosplay you might have missed. I feel like these guys would have a blast shooting at a convention.

Nah because whenever me and my friend would walk around there would be a ton of people asking her if they could take a picture of her, i found it weird but now I understand why now

You should definitely try photographing strangers at an anime or comic con, there would be cool outfits in those places too!

Halloween in japan looks like so much fun! your photography skills are always so amazing and on point!

I haven’t been to a con since 2019 but this was my favorite feeling, both as a cosplayer and taking photos. It felt so nice when people wanted my photo, and would get so excited. This video perfectly encapsulates that feeling. If you guys did this at a convention that would be an amazing video, too.

This was so much fun. My daughter is getting a double major in business and Japanese. She’s in her 5th year of studying Japanese in total but technically she’s 3rd Japanese year student as a sophomore at the university. She was supposed to go to Japan her junior year of high school but Covid interrupted that. They weren’t able to go her Senior year either because everything was still shut down so she hasn’t been able to travel there yet. She is going to love seeing this. She’s would have loved the costumes.

I love this! I've been taking pictures of strangers in Shibuya's Halloween for years. I got some rejections but most people will agree otherwise what are they there for. But recently it has been too many tourists and not many people in costume. The years before the pandemic when they would close the street in front of OIOI City, were the best! There is also many things happening on this night.

I am from Spain, living in Germany, and I just came from vacation, from Tokyo… I was in halloween there and my plan was to go to Shibuya in the evening, but I was so tired after the whole day walking. And now it happens that the freaking Jessica Kobeissi AKA my favourite photographer was there??? I will never forgive myself 😢
