Taking Life One Day at a Time | Clean With Me | Mom of 2 under 3

Hey there!
Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the internet. I have a lot of big ideas but I am just a beginner still and this feels like my first real video. I hope you can clean with me! Keeping a tidy home with 2 under 3 is not an easy task especially while living with postpartum depression. This is day one of taking my life back. Lots more cleaning and decluttering to come!
You might've noticed ‪@HopewellHeights‬ on the tv while I clean, she's one of my favorite KZreadrs to watch!

I just stumbled across this video today and your channel. First off, I just want to give you a hug. (I'm not weird-I promise lol). But more so because this in a way reminds me of our first home as a family of three. I've learned the clutter gives me overwhelming anxiety now and sometimes takes me back to that time. My house is definitely not the cleanest by any means (we are a family of 5 now and have pets) and we still have clutter, but remember to give yourself grace. Post partum, depression, and just being a momma (especially to two littles so close in age) can be absolutely draining. Just know you are doing a great job! Little things add up. I'm excited to see where this channel takes you. You're not alone and those that are your people won't judge, or will help you lessen the load a bit! Keep going friend!

You really are the American Remi Clog. And she is fabulously real. I'm excited to see your success! And, since you asked, I love the voice-over videos the most since I put on videos as background noise while I do my own cleaning.

One more thought.... Bill Gates said I choose a lazy person to do a hard job. Because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it. So if you're lazy and find the easiest way to get it done, welcome to the Sisterhood!😊

I watch Dana K White for her 5-step decluttering steps. She is a hoot, has ADHD, and has a great advice and techniques for dealing with "stuff". Your channel was recommended to me and I can't wait to see it grow.

Thanks for sharing what it's really like to take care of little kids & a house! I appreciate your honesty. 😊 I think you're doing a great job! Your kids seem happy and healthy and energetic. And your house is neater than mine was when my kids were that age! Lol And big hugs on the postpartum depression. 😢 Depression makes functioning so much harder. I hope it goes away soon. ❤ Best wishes to you! ❤️ ps, I don't know if you've ever watched Remi Clog's channel, but you might want to check it out. She's authentic and encouraging. 😊

Don’t beat yourself up mama! Once you get things in order, and get your decluttering done, I always find it best to have daily chores. A load of laundry, dishes, picking up. But then I pick one thing extra to accomplish one extra thing a day. If that makes sense. And I know it doesn’t work for everyone. But just a suggestion. ❤❤

Perfection is not truly attainable. I’m not sure if you noticed what those two were really doing. They were following you and trying with whatever capacity they have right now to follow your example. They likely won’t remember the drill brush or the look you get when they mess up something you just cleaned. What they will subconsciously remember is mommy paid attention to us, mommy didn’t shoo us away, Mommy is working hard. They are going to remember you as a good mother. Keep going, keep pushing and doing your best. We all love you

I had post partum depression after my first, he’s now almost 11. I also had two kids within 22 months. It’s a crazy stage in life! Keep going and remember that even if you’re only cleaning for yourself you’re 100% worth it!!

I also had 2 of my children close together. I felt like you when they were small. One thing I would recommend is put all toys in another room out of their reach. Only give them a few at a time. They mostly like to dump them not really play with them. In no time they will be bigger. And my children have always been very close to each other!

thank you so much for your suggestion! :) The hard part is that my family lives in a very small apartment and so we all share a bedroom and the toys are in the living room. But I have been decluttering a lot recently and plan to try a toy rotation which will make it so they only have a few toys out at once. 😊

Great video Rosie!! Keep up all the great work! I think it is genius to use your drill brush. Im all for making things more convenient and time saving. I have four kids and they're not as close in age and they range from 13yrs-22 months and our rooms still get chaotic 😂. Especially my closet it is always a hot mess 😅. Remember do what you can every single day even if its one room at a time.

Girl. Don’t apologize for using the drill brush. If it works & makes you happy then do it! As long as it works & helps you 💁🏼‍♀️ Also you apologized in another video about the way you cleaned & the way you like cleaning. Don’t. If the way you clean is what works for you then do it like that. As long as it helps you it doesn’t matter if you put things in a pile first, use a grabber or a drill etc.
