What makes these so deeply emotional is because not only are these people excited to have their family coming home, we know that for every soldier that came home, there were ten that didn’t, who never got to see their family, who never had this moment. Cherish these moments, and be thankful for the brave and willing soldiers who never got to have this moment.

To all these soldiers "thank you for your service and enjoy being home" and more respect to the ones who died

How very beautiful. My son died 4 years ago, but I will never forget all the hugs we shared and how wonderful it was to see him with his family. PTSD is real, everybody. Don't ever forget and hold your loved ones near.

I used to watch this when I was 10 years old , and now I would have never in my life thought I’d be joining at 21 years young. Such a full circle moment 💔

Honestly, I come to watch the vids when missing my 2 sons get's too bottled up. My oldest son is in the Air Force and my youngest is a Navy Man. My birthday and the holidays are coming and there is only 1 thing I pray for and that is to have both sons and big sister together with me again. It's not easy missing them but it sure makes me PROUD of my sons for their service to our Country.

Every two years I come back to this video. Every two years I cry more than the two before. This year, I just really miss my dad.

Nothing will ever compare to that time period. I miss those days... Now i'm camouflaged in a world of people that are dead inside, teying to blend in. My buds scattered with families and kids, and we're all alone on the inside, secretly missing those days more than anything.. As a combat veteran 2 tours, I took the challenge and lost in the 1st minute. I remember my Father hugging at the airport and saying "i proud of you son". Miss you dad.

My dad went to war, he never came back :( its been 13 years ;( He came back yesterday!!! Edit: He was lost in a forest and they didn't have the Walky talkys with them so they got lost for a few years but they did have enough food

Don't forget what is real in the USA ...U don't know?.🤐... If they're not dead. Most minority are homeless depending on soup kitchens and food pantries...

I lost my father who was in the army. Me being a navy person I miss him every day. These videos remind me of the true heroes. God bless America

I remember writing a comment two years ago. I got lots of love and nice comments, but a lot of them were mean as well. I'm so sorry if I used my dad for likes. I was just so sad at the time, and I couldn’t bear to watch soldiers reuniting with their dads. It just made me a little jealous that other kids were with their dad's and I wasn't. There's nothing quite like knowing the love of your life is finally home safe and sound in your arms!

I remember watching this a long time ago, or I should say as a kid in middle school...I always had my condolences when I first saw this for the first time, still brought me to tears...but as I am an adult now, I am talking to a person who is a Military police and its very hard missing someone you never have met and basically went through an LDR(long distance relationship) and it hurts to know that if they will ever make it back home or if I didn't, but watching these kinds of videos bring me hope and joy that I will get to see my favorite person one day out of his military duties.

I lost my big brother in the military. He never got to come home. I miss him. These videos are amazing. I'm so glad that they got to see their family members

I proudly admit that I cried. I have, or had, two brothers in the army. One died last week. (Of pneumonia) The other is coming home in three days. God bless all the Vetrains, for they're hard work and care.

I'm 9 and my dad is in the army my mom was crying I tell her why are you crying she told me my dad die my heart broke I was so so so sad :(

My grandpa served in the army had to have really bad surgery after 10 year’s still there love you vó hope your well soon

My step dad was in the military for 25 years and just lucky 2 have him here with me love u dad xxxxxxxxxx

I miss my dad, he was in the Navy, he made it out, but he died of cancer a few months ago😣😭 (He was in the Navy before I was born, I'm 12) ♡

my daddy has leave the world because of cancer, before he leave, he always told us to "be strong no matter happened.., don't let the emo control on you."

My Grandfather, and my Dad are the reason why I’m here in America. Cause they did their part. God bless my Grandpa, he died of a heart attack after retirement.

my heart is completely broken because this reminded me of my great grandpa that went to war and died.

Guys this is 2021 but who all are still watching this video please live a like , which country you belong is no mater , but in every country there are soldiers who are sacrificing their life for every citizen in their country , I'm proud of my army men , they are my hero 🙂🙂

God Bless all of our Military Personnel near and far. These family reunions are so heart warming . My heart cries for the ones who didn't make it home . Our true heroes the protectors of our land .
