If you play it without the capo it’s different cords but it sounds the same that’s all I went thru same thing .

Great tutorial, Dave! I love how you break it down into its parts, show the graphical chord patterns along with the highlighted chords, and give your super clear and encouraging instructions. Oh, did I mention the quality of the audio and video? (well, there ya' go). But... The only thing that you didn't mention (which after three months I FINALLY figured out myself...I could hear it was different, but then finally went back and watched carefully) was that the first down stroke of each chord you only play the base note or two and that makes it sound so much better! You should mention that in the tutorial (or at least in the notes). Being able to make music has brought a lot of joy to life, so thanks for sharing your passion with us.

I wish you could see the smile on my face right now as this is the first full song I have been able to play through in its entirety since I started learning guitar earlier this year! Because of simple interpretation and visual chords everythink is so easy to understand, specially struming pattern. I've seen a lot of others YT guitar teachers but most of them focus only on how to play chords for specific songs and not also struming. Great job and please keep it that way! :)
