    Yeah especially once the kid gets some man strength he has a lot of potential if he stays with it. I would’ve liked to see him go up against some actual competition though. Interested how he looks when competing against someone who is actually a high level wrestler.

    This is actually such a good idea to complement your training. Sometimes people who aren't experienced in your sport can do completely unexpected things that may actually work. Things you would have never thought of.

    The impressive thing about Landon is that he knew he had to attack. If he let you take a shot on him, you could have taken him down. Your shot got countered by him actually taking a shot (which you don’t see it’s big guys).

    And that's why the dude is a state qualifier at heavyweight (or likely the 215lb division) as a sophomore. You don't see the younger classmen doing well at the higher weight classes much unless they got some good IQ and natural talent unless they have been a life long wrestler.

    Athletic and spazzy don't really go together, because athletic generally means decent physical coordination. Athletic but unskilled is possible, so is fit/muscular but uncoordinated/spazzy.

    You're pretty good dude. Before MMA was even a thing, my father was a wrestler and stressed the importance of grappling in real fights. I literally had to learn the basics just to survive growing up with the guy lol. As you shown here in this video, ppl with no wrestling background have no idea what to do or what's even happening in the moment

    Haha this video hits home!! Myself and a few of my friends (all in our mid 20s) ran into a couple high school wrestlers at the beach. All of us outweighed all of them by 20-30lbs and it wasn't even close... These kids had all of us face down in the sand in about 10 seconds. 🤣🤣

    Yeah people who've never wrestled have no clue how fast a wrestler can have them flat on their back. My friend thought the same and few others at parties. Said I'd have my buddy flat on his back in a minute but took me 45 seconds but he was pretty stout n lifted weights.

    I reckon it was from the first head snap at 8:18 and the second one a few seconds later. Ryans' posture (and demeanor) changed after the first head snap. He knew it was game over.
