Take Back CONTROL of Your LIFE in UNCERTAIN TIMES w/TONY ROBBINS

‪@TonyRobbinsLive‬ is an icon!
He wastes no time offering simple and practical advice…turn off the TV, FOCUS ON YOURSELF, and what you want out of life for 2022. He also explains why fear is more than just psychological, it’s physical too, and how that fear negatively impacts your health.
As Tony explains, the most difficult thing to do right now is CREATE MOMENTUM to overcome all the obstacles we’re facing. But that’s exactly what you need to do as part of TAKING CONTROL of your life.
Tony reveals the best way to do this is to develop the SKILLS you’re going to need to be successful in the future. Listen closely for what those skills are.
You’re also going to hear some master-class wisdom about the difference between success and FULFILLMENT, and the importance of PATTERNS and SEASONS and their impact on your life.
We can’t solve all the world’s problems in one hour, but what we wanted to do is talk about them, how those of us who are hurting can start to CHANGE some of the ways we think and to help you rediscover HOPE that’s maybe been in short supply in your lives.

I was drinking my nights away and not being a positive example to my kids, since my divorce from their father. I accidentally happened on a Tony Robbins video and between his message and my faith, I’m on a quest for LIFE! Better late than never, right? Love that Tony said that fact that I am able to help is because I grew in some way. I never thought of it that way before. Every time you help someone is because you’ve grown to be able to do that. Very powerful!

My 1st "boss" ever gave me that book and (Think & Grow Rich) for Christmas 2007. I read Tony's book 1st and it's been the foundation of everything I've done since, reshaping how my mind truly works. Read it again a few years back. I found Ed in 2017/18 as I began my Recovery journey. I literally brainwashed myself with positive material via KZread and books, and once I listened to Ed, I was hooked. His humility is what caught me, something you don't really see in the motivational / self-help world. And just like you, I haven't looked back since!!!

You are my two most favorite guys ever! Also Dr. Phil:-) I started listening to and reading Tony's material about 15 years ago and he has changed my life many times over and you Ed have influenced my life immensely since the pandemic began two years ago.I started listening to your interviews on my daily walks and even during lockdowns I would walk in my house and listen to you in my ear. You have introduced me to a wealth of knowledge and absolutely amazing people that I would never have known about otherwise. I wish I had time to read all of the books of the people you have interviewed. I finally met Tony personally when he came to Israel in September 2019 and I took my son to his event. It was a dream come true for both of us! We sat in the front row and had the time of our life! I can't thank you both enough for your extraordinary influence on me, my family, my life and on the people all around the globe. Love that question. Is it ok to quit something that isn't working. Thank you for asking that. Just shows that we are all human no matter how much success you have attained. My question is, "what's the difference between being patient about your dream and doin a little each day or giving it up"? What questions do you ask yourself when looking in the mirror and more importantly, what bodily sensation should you be feeling? Priming sounds like activating your RAS (reticular activating system) and strengthening that muscle. One of the 3 negative behavioral patterns: Unrealistic Expectations, Perfectionism, and Self-Centered Fear. Antidotes: Gratitude, Living in the Moment, and Loving Yourself. All part of my Get Real, Deal & Heal free online course. This was an awesome interview! Thanks Ed and Tony for the humility and vulnerability. You're and inspiration for Uneducated Masculinity. Ed, so many incredible takeaways from this video of course however, here are my top two and specifically how I will implement what I learned. 1. The ability to look for and recognize patterns so that we can use them to grow and give at a higher level. Right now with my new leadership position I have tremendous clarity on how I can lift my leaders lid based on the patterns that have taken place over the last two months. 2. The seasons in life. Knowing that they are cyclical and never ending, I recognize the season I’m in and specifically how to create momentum within it for the seasons ahead. ~Thank you so much Ed!

"If I'm not meeting everyone else's expectations, I need to suffer" -- and the standard of what I thought their expectations were was just something I made up in my mind. It was something wired within me as a little boy...-- THEN I won't suffer. Then I'll allow myself to live in a beautiful state." THANK YOU FOR ARTICULATING THIS ED^^^^. THIS.

This interview is deep and rich! I LOVE how Tony talks about taking a significant financial hit (more than most of us may earn in many lifetimes!) when this pandemic began...actually, it's what he DIDN'T say that was massively impressive! When the going gets tough the tough get going! That, friends, is resilience and brilliance. The big man walks his talk. Many thanks to you Ed, for being such an enthusiastic, resilient and brilliant host!

WOW!!!!! I never grasped the concept of changing seasons until now. I am going to incorporate the "cold water challenge", priming and fulfilling my purpose. I love the concept, "How Can I Help?".....that is why I have a KZread channel and podcast to let other people who stutter know that they are not not alone and that there is healing in sharing our journeys. Excellent interview as always Ed 👌 👏 👍 Thank you!!!!!!!!!

This is exactly what my mind needs to hear . . I am in a situation that is self inflicted again. I am thinking I was thinking I should say is that I will never be able to get through my situation which is drug addiction it takes a enormous effort from me to go through withdrawals I've spent the last 38yrs withdrawaling. So I want to get my life back which I know if I do exactly what I did the last time I will be drug free. And I have the support mentally when my body is free from poisons. God I'm so scared it's seems to get more difficult the older my my mind and body are . God to wake up and be free to do what I choose to without planning to score poison. I had it and threw it away god I could cry so much for my children and myself I'm such a great individual when body is free emotionally physically and spiritually I'm thought full great dad always emotionally present. I want to grow internally that's where I thrive and everyone around me grows my mind opens up to so many ideas
