I hear you, Sibusiso. You can see part of the front of the house on the intro portion before the tour. Nothing exciting to show as part of the tour, as there’s no real driveway, given you’re in an estate of a number of units, sharing one long middle road from the gate.

Great question, Shebaf. Given it was partially staged when I did the tour, I’m not 100% sure. In vast majority of the time, furniture is not sold with the property. Oftentimes, buyers and sellers make deals on the side for the furniture. I’d suggest you check with the agent Jen @ +27 (81) 713-7395 🤗

Superb video and presentation once again Xavier. This is truly an elegantly designed home. I love the fine lines of the exterior and the minimalist interior design. However for 23bar, it still misses few features e.g. cinema and/or gym etc. For me, the Waterkloof Golf Estate at 20bar is the best for value and by far the most beautiful home you've featured this year

1 the staircase reminds me of the 16 m house in Waterfall 2. Concern about the house built next to it. Not sure which house is next but it is right up against one neighbour see swimming pool. The other is being built. 3. No Victoria 😢 4.If you want a stunning otthouse in Eccleston ask Jenna to show you the 36 m house I win the 100 ml and I would speak to Jenna 5.Brand new so that is nice.. Presume no transfer duty 6.Backup power and water pluses. 7. Not sure how many beds have a full bath... Presume we will see tomorrow unless you are sitting at the rooftop bar drinking Moet

Has its pro/con to ever-changing presenters. 4 - Oh the R36.95m on 5,000 sqm Suikerbossie? Let me ask Jen if she’s keen to tour that one. 5 - I assume so as well. First owner 6 - indeed - especially in this day & age 7 - good question - I’ll need to double check. I know nowadays showers-only tend to be the trend, with only a few rooms having both bath+shower. Oh no - so sorry the tour disappointed! Jen is a GREAT presenter - this property was staged, so we decided not to show all empty rooms to remain focused on the furnished areas. We both know how touring an unfurnished house looks like. Guess we wanted to avoid that experience. Downside was that we had to skip three bedrooms 🤔

Sorry - just saw your msg. LEVIES R6,000 / month RATES R2,500 / month Water / Electricity changes from family-to-family; some take showers, others each have a daily bath, some love to water their garden, others don't do so often, etc. but I recon you can count on about R5,000 / month.
