  I hear you. It’s a rather unusual home, so it’s not for everyone, that’s for sure. Reminded me a bit of that R24mil ambassadorial mansion I did a number of months ago in Bryanston.   Great presentation. This property really brings meaning to the phrase "larger than life!" I feel they skimped on the pool though. A property this size needs a pool that reflects how grande it is. Also, all that space means you can add a tennis and basketball court, but at least those can be easily added by the buyer unlike the pool. Otherwise well done and thank you for the work you do. I hope you finally conquered that hard word for the chandelier. 😂😊🎉

  I find no faults in this house. One of the best. The price is better comparing with the one in Blair Athol that cost R30 M. The only thing I wish you could help us on is the video quality. Please put 4K video if possible because some of the areas you show the video becomes blurry. We want to See everything 😊😊😊
