I think it covers most necessities, corner stand, spacious house, full bathrooms, nice size yard, solar, great value for money, a masterpiece. I just wish these houses came with a borehole as well, but I love it to bits ❤

Huge fan of open plan, bulkheads ceilings the floating staircase is beautiful, frosting on the windows well thoughtout for privacy. seems like the owner is a car collector. I'm loving the architectural space right now this companies are really stepping up in terms of designs. Do you think you gonna do more tours here Xavier? As always thanks for the tour 👌

stand R1mil, building costs R5 to 6mil max . total cost is R6.6 million. the rest is profit 😅

Sorry - just saw this comment. (1) Stands go for R1.5-1mil in Eye of Africa. (2) Building cost for 750 sqm house of this caliber? Per your R6mil suggestion, that's R8,000/sqm? Afraid that's unrealistic.
