Unfortunately, most people care more about appearing to be wealthy rather than becoming wealthy... We buy homes and cars we cannot afford and don't need, to impress others...Then we get into serious debt and blame the reserve bank when they raise interest rates and we fall behind on payments.... South Africans need to learn to only buy what they need. Smaller homes, cheaper cars and keep these for longer...save more money and invest in the economy to create and grow job opportunities for others.... No one needs a house like this.

Too many furniture pieces that limit movement. A custom fridge freezer just opposite the stove would have been a great touch. This house for R15M would be a mouth watering buy.

love the house but walking into the kitchen is a bit weird. Also, there are too many sitting areas, chairs and sofas. There is a chair /sofa in every room. The house is a little crowded for me. Its difficult to appreciate pieces if there are just too many.

I found this quite busy too. I couldn't watch till the end. It shows that the owners are in this business, they have put everything they like in the house, tailored to themselves. Too many heroes /elephants in one room
