The fact that each room has a nice sized bathtub as well as a shower, this house is not only stunning but so well thought out. I love that it's an empty house tour because we get to see the quality of fixtures and you've done such an awesome job filming it, thank you Xavier! And Marussia for the walkthrough narration.

As you know, I try to stay away from unfurnished homes, as it’s not easy to tour them - unless you have Marussia doing the talking, in which case you don’t even realise it’s empty as her words fill the room! J/K🤣 It sure helps to have soooo many features to talk about as well though, which I think is why this ultra-modern masterpiece was such a nice property tour to do for us - her presenting & me shooting! As much as I would love to celebrate this home, I can't because my heart aches...this house is the perfect house I have envisioned for myself to have one day, ultra modern, super luxurious, gorgeous peaceful neighborhood and we'll within my price range of 20 to 25 million. I am still working things out, I am not there yet Hopefully next year Xavier you will show us more of these type of houses and for sure I will be buying one I promise

Sorry to burst your negative bubble, Ashveer, but this very successful builder can’t keep up with demand of people wanting to build/buy these gorgeous masterpieces as they’re STAYING IN SOUTH AFRICA. The entire world economy is struggling at the moment - whoever is moving overseas because the grass seems greener and without its problems, is in for a shock of a lifetime!🤔

These properties look like a boutique hotel rather than a home.

Sure thing, Siphosihle - using the link posted in the description below the video, you’ll find rates to be R6,000/mo and levies R3,500/mo. Are those prices going to rise over the next few years? With every new property valuation update by COJ, you will see upward adjusted levels, as well as the rates %, so I’m comfortable to state with 100% certainty that those prices levels will rise over time.

So what does one do if he wants to actually view the house in person , in order to make a decision

Very tough question to answer - it all depends on your personal standard wrt interior design. ie are you happy with a R20,000 couch or R200,000 Roch-Bobois?🤔

This house is breathtaking but one thing - the house is built with middle aged folks in mind as the Master Bedroom is upstairs. It cannot be a retirement home for old folks preparing for retirement. I love the house but not with a Master bedroom upstairs.
