The fire place with seats, we as south african we call it a BOMA it's place where you Seat with friends or family on those cool / cold evening and share jokes / stories, in the old days in the village people will seat in the circular seating & a huge fire in the middle and the oldest adult (age between 90 yrs & over 100 yrs) that oldest person/ adult will share old memories/ stories it depends on what stories she or he will share on those evenings it could be an Educational or War Stories will other tribes. Today that circular seats with a fire in the middle its called a BOMA.

First thing that sold me about this house interior is color combinations especially the touch of black in the main bedroom😭😭👌🏿 an outdoor shower An alot of natural light coming into the house and that entertainment area is to die for Not to mention the clear views to the golf course An it was good to have Proverb with us 👊🏿

This is my type of home❤❤❤ very modern and has an excellent layout, I love how the main bedroom is separate from the other rooms. I am not a fan of the brick feature but it is not a deal breaker considering that it is outside and I wish the backyard was much bigger but then again it is not a deal breaker considering that it is compensated by magnificent views😊😊😊

In vast majority of the time, furniture is not sold with the property. Oftentimes, buyers and sellers make deals on the side for the furniture. What you’re seeing is the tenant’s furniture, so unlikely to be sold with the property 😎 Check with the agent Marussia @ +27 (83) 384-0618 for more details

Good Day Xavier , Proverb and Marussia Loving the content but not pleased With the Videographers work. Lot of Video graphic movement takes place during the tour. Improvement would bring a bliss to us viewers.

You guys need to learn to show clean houses. The swimming pool is full of algae and the over cluttered garage. Only in Africa. Sadly. Please watch houses in Europe or US, you can’t even notice that people live there!

I hear you, Notulu. I’m afraid if I took that mindset, there would be very few houses I could tour. We always ask ahead of time to make the house tidy & presentable. The tenants in this case perhaps overlooked a few things. I don’t know if you noticed in the video tour, but we skipped a couple of upstairs bedrooms as they were just not presentable at all. There’s a good reason we RARELY show garages, yet people always ask. On a small note, when talking about “house tours in US/Europe”, I assume you’re talking about the R100mil homes and up? Not quite a fair comparison to make with these R10-20mil home tours🤔
