雖然沒吃過詹記，但詹記魯味生意很好，男老闆動作快又很有禮貌，感覺很棒。溶炎起司雞不知道逢甲夜市有沒有賣，這二天去找看看。台中一中的益民商場內有一間明太子玉子燒（我會加起司）現做現吃很好吃也不貴，其他口味玉子燒很棒。裡面還有一間檸檬芭樂也很棒~~~ 每次看到夜市街頭小吃都會買一堆回家慢慢品嚐，可是體重也更著升啊！看完都餓了啊！

夜市不是每家都好吃，雷很多，要上網做功課。台灣快炒小吃就不錯，牛肉麵，還有一些老店巷弄小吃，

Saw a guest chef on the TV show Yan Can Cook (where I learned the value of the Chinese vegetable knife) demo his wide use of scissors in his cooking methods. I've adopted some of hose myself.

There are many like this, and many night markets. They are very inexpensive. The best depends on your taste. Definitely a great place for holidays, but learn some Mandarin first.
