Taiwan Penthouse Luxury Apartment 💎, incredible high-rise. Gucci fixtures 👑!
We jumped at the opportunity to get a tour of a relative's new place in Taiwan. They closed on the property just a week earlier, so they didn't have furniture yet, but were gracious enough to give us a tour anyway, what an amazing home. The bathroom and kitchen tech is really unique. We were definitely ready for some pool time after a long day of walking in the city. Rooftop party deck & golf putting green, infinity pool, you name it and this penthouse has it all. My son picked up some drone footage from his high launching pad at the rooftop party deck. Some small black birds were dive bombing his drone for awhile, until they determined it was a friendly device anyway. So join us as we check out all the communities' amenities, from rooftop putting greens to the spa and pool.

from what I understand it's the second phase of a multi tier development, they're turning that area into a new 'harbor community' with yacht club

Hah, yeah, they're pretty conservative and actually embarrassed by it, but it came with the place. I told them I'll replace them with a traditional faucet if I could keep them for my place! ;-)

great questions. Apartment and condo developments are each different depending on the developer. But Taiwan is one of the few Asian countries that allows foreigners to buy property, land and businesses. Consult your attorney of course. It's not a 99 year lease of the land like the Philippines, China, Mexico...etc. It is foreigner friendly. It is one of the worst countries for rental income generation as an investor because it's a combination of expensive property and low rent rates. Great for the renter, but not the owner. Taiwan is second in the world for low rent return, Monaco is #1 in the world for the ratio of rent per cost square foot of property. Doesn't mean property is all expensive in Taiwan, you're just not going to get good rental return, falling population and demand just like Japan.

The rooftop terrace and golf area are shared spaces, but the apartment has several large private balconies. wish it was mine ;-)

Century21 has offices throughout the country. If you google Century21 Taipei Taiwan you'll find them, and their website is in English. Also, AirBnB is very popular in Taiwan, I've found some great properties in Taiwan using AirBnB

@@weenshen1203 buying real estate-- so many different options. But if you're looking at purchasing a newer apartment, try to find a large development still under construction, pre-buying before the apartment building is finished will get you an early buyer discount and your choice of floor plan and corner unit vs middle unit with fewer windows. Better yet, find a development that is finished and having trouble selling off the apartment inventory, make a low ball offer on a couple of units with the stipulation that if one offer is accepted the other offers are canceled so you don't get stuck with multiple units. Hopefully one of your offers will be accepted.

I guess it’s about US$1 million. The view looks really like Marian bay in Singapore. But this is much more bigger and good deal.

I haven't seen Marian Bay yet, I'll have to check that out online! thx for tip. your price guesstimate is good. Difficulty is just getting your name in the queue so you have the right to buy. All unbuilt phases have been sold out for a long time.

yes, totally agree, and so do the owners, but they had no choice. The silly faucets for example, came with the package. They had to reserve a unit in the unbuilt building a couple years in advance, the new marina development has had big demand
