"I'm strong, smart, and kind." Oh my goodness!!! Such a positive little girl! It's SO important to teach kids about positivity and help them develop good self-esteem! Something that I wish my parents knew when I was growing up...but how do you even educate first-gen Asian parents on mental health? But I'm all better now and my family have since changed in a healthy way now.
