I've been watching your videos since I was 10 or 11, I just turned 21 and I'm still following along with your delicious recipes. You helped inspire my love for baking :) I also learned to cook normal foods and you make it seem so simple

I totally was here in the soft pretzels days! I made them so many times since you gave us the holy recipe and still to this day they are one of the most delicious and impressive foods I've ever made!

I always use my Apple Watch for a timer, hold the main button in for a moment and tell it to set timer for however many minutes you need it… so much quicker than faffing about with the phone 💕
