Actually, America has a huge cheese surplus, and has had one for a very long time. There's enough cheese in cold storage for around 4.7 pounds for everybody in the United States, so in reality, they'd definitely support this man curbing the cheese issue.

I just finished binging (ironic) basics with babish and it’s been great

A really nice touch for spin dip is a table spoon or to of green chilie powder. That's what we do at the restaurant I work at and it is wonderful.

Pimento cheese is not just a dip, it's a way of life.
