Oh! not totally! Ayah Number 5 does not mean that Allah positioned above The Throne(Arsh). Allah doesn't need from any place or any creation. Neither Abu Hanifa nor Tohawiy believed or taught the same u said, please don't teach a fabricated AQIDAH of Ibnu Teymiyah and Muhammad Abdelwahab. Btw there is nth heartbreaking than teaching what damages our religion for Tawhid is the Usul (base) of the religion. Oh Allah give us Mercy!

Abdullah Ibn Massoud said about the saying of Allah: (Then He rose over the Throne). He said: “The Throne is upon the water. And Allah is above the Throne. And He knows what you are upon.” (Khalq Af’aal Al Ibaad by Al Bukhari page 472 narration 106)

Imām Al-Bukhārī brings in his Kitāb At-Tawḥīd, "And Mujāhid (student of Ibn ʿAbbās) said regarding 'Istiwā': He rose above the throne." [صحيح البخاري]

Al-Baghawi said: “And then He ‘Istawa’ to the Heavens” (Baqarah v.29), Ibn Abbas and the majority of the mufasireen of the salaf said it meant: “He rose (irtafa’) to the Heavens” (Tafsir al-Baghawi 1/78)
