32:49 ayah nr. 4 40:29 ayah nr. 9 He skipped ayah nr.5 (6, 7 and 8 also) This is an ayah that talks about Allah rising above His Throne (it is a matter of Aqeedah). EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!! Why did he skip this ayah? Brothers and sister, I would like to advice myself and you all to learn about Allah, learn about Aqeedah and Tawheed. Learn from the REAL scholars and from their students who are upon the Qur'aan AND Sunnah according to the understanding of the three best generations of our ummah (like our prophet sallAllahu 3alayhi wa sallam said, they are the sahaba, and their students and their students). BarakAllahu feekum.

You're wrong, its worse, 40:29 is ayah no.9. So he skipped not one verse, but 4, all dealing with the creed pertaining to Allah.

I believe Mufti Menk has only done this, due to the huge audience and reach he has across the globe. In order to not get involved in political debates about scholars and various opinions amongst muslims who all think they’re scholars nowadays, he skipped it. It’s nothing wrong he’s done, let’s not pick on what he’s missed but admire the beauty of everything else he’s taught us. Mufti is smart, he’s expanding his target audience by avoiding poltics of Islamic Aqeedah if that makes sense.

@@RushTvQs You not realising the issue with that is concerning. This is what happens to individuals who become too fame hungry; they speak and act to appease their fanbase out of fear of losing them. He doesn't need followers, he needs to make the truth clear, even if people dislike to hear it. Concealing knowledge is one of the major sins; Allah curses one who hides guidance after it has been made clear (Al-Baqarah 2:159). I hope you understand.

My final word on this: It is a bigger sin to despise someone for not doing something, when you yourself may not be making such an effort towards the ummah. Ask yourself, do you do as much as the Mufti Menk does for the Ummah? Yes that hadith is beautiful, the prophet SAW was a messenger and very public, but this doesn’t mean you have to compare with Mufit Menk. The beloved prophet SAW is millions of ranks above Mufti and this world. I’m not here to defend Mufti Menk. But, let me just say. He has not committed any sin or mistake by choosing to miss certain verses. Maybe he is adjusting to a demo graphic audience. Like there is no point explaining to a Christian about aqeedah if you have not got the basic foundation of islam and the belief in Allah SWT across first. Life’s about perspective guys, open you eyes. Mufti Menk deserve a lot of credit, to see people making somewhat hateful comments makes me laugh, tell me what you have done however long since you were born, and put effort towards the ummah?

Honorable Mufti Menk is one of the most dynamic speakers of our time. His lectures are amazing and very intellectual. Really i am truly amazed with his style in addressing the Ummah in his lectures. One gets mesmerized by his voice and you feel that he should go and on talking, because it makes you feel so good listening to him..he’s your best company on a journey while u listen to his cd's on the prophets. May Allah bless him a long, long life for truly he is an asset to the ummah.

This is literally what the prophet ﷺ himself warned against; eloquent speakers that bewitch you with their speech. What did he teach you regarding tawheed; it's levels, pillars, conditions, shirk, its levels, types, innovations, etc.? This is literally the primary and predominant call of every single prophet and those from the salaf. This deviant deobandi intentionally skipped the verses affirming Allah's literal Highness above the Throne because he doesn't believe in it. Listen to actual scholars, not scammers dressed as scholars.

I love this man so much that if God gives me a male child I I'll name him after this hard working man mufti Ismail ibn Musa menk. I love the way he teaches n is always understandable. I love u so much for the sake of Allah but I don't know how to link with him. may Allah guide u to the straight path n the entire Muslim ummah in the world

I have been memorising the ayats as I learn the tafseer. Please never forget that this guy obtained his mufti title from a deobandi institute in India. They are Ashari sufis who believe Allah is everywhere amongst other devient beliefs. A person of sunna would never gain knowledge from such devient institutions. Dont be fooled by the Arabic dress.

If he done some mistakes , leave it and pray for yourself to get better knowledge about it. Because he just a mankind like all of us . Everyone make a mistake at least once .
