Taeyeon hv said before that UR is her most difficult song and when she wants to warm up she sings UR. There are times where she was not in good condition & was at her lowest point in her life(i believe after Jonghyun left) ....while singing UR during her japan concert, it was so heartbreaking to see her struggle as she was a perfectionist that she ends up singing UR 3 times while trying to calm herself down to stop crying.

She's a queen and she sings with so much emotion she's just so good! U wanna know something man? She recorded this song in only 1 take! Yes only 1 take at the studio that's how amazing this singer is ❤️ loved this reaction ❤️

Taeyeon has her own unique way of performing songs. She sings most of her songs as if talking to you. It really touches the soul. UR is one of her most difficult songs, and at the same time one of the most beautiful. I Love You is one of her best OSTs. I also want to recommend you make a listening to her full-length albums My Voice and Purpose. Every her album is unique in sound. Purpose is truly one of the most interesting and innovative Kpop albums in terms of sound and style of songs. Before that, there was not a single artist who would release such songs. Or start with something more simple. For example, since you like Why, listen to Why mini album. It is more suitable for the summer atmosphere. In addition, The Unseen concert will be released soon and there should be a lot of good performances with new songs.

I strongly recommend her Japanese song such as Vanilla, Rescue me, I am the greatest and Voice, regardless of Mv or live performance version. The four songs are so powerful.

There are a lot of singers who is as good as Taeyeon in terms of technique but what makes her different from them is her emotion. She was born with "the ability of telling the story through singing".Koreans called her "Trust & Listen Taeng" because every song that has Taeyeon's voice will be great.

Honestly, I Love You is one of her most emotional and best performance for me, she really manage to convey the song itself to the audience,

Taeyeon wasn't one of my fav members but after i get to know her voice i started to love her and now she is my 2nd fav after seohyun

I also want to give you some advice. If you see that the fancam on Taeyeon perfomance from Flying Petals (her fansite), you can safely watch it. They are in very good quality. Sometimes it's even better to watch them than the official record. Especially the new ones that are posted on the fansite's channel. I Love You was from this fansite.

The time when she sing "I Love You" this OST, she just still very young, but she just present this song so well like a person who go through many break up , histories.... Nobody in korea, in kpop industry , no one dont know her earlier time OST like " If" "I love you" "Can you hear me" "Missing you like crazy" ..... Many senior singer praised her and like her, also many idols junior admired her and choose her to be role model... She just has that power to make you cry while you heard the songs even though you may not experience the things. And that's why she got the name " OST Queen" She is King Taeyeon. A legend. Our singer.

Fun Fact : The One Is Taeyeon Vocal Teacher Before She's Trainee With SM Ent.. :D And Before Taeyeon Debut with SNSD her Teacher sing duet with Taeyeon when her 14 Years old and the song ranking first in chart at that time.. In that show she is actually explaining why she wouldn't want HER CHILD to become a professional singer, but it makes perfect sense that she would have the same reaction to her sister signing a professional contract, and Taeyeon could certainly afford to support her (I don't know how much she has earned, but it has GOT to be a lot).

Many professional singer in korea especially JYP said that taeyeon sing like she's talking to a people or like she's talking to you.

Taeyeon may not be the best in belting very high notes like Ailee and other artists, but she is really known for being an emotional singer, like when she sings it is like you are that person and she is like just talking to you. There is an article that says when Taeyeon sings ballad songs, she is like a woman who is divorced 10 times, there is so much emotions. That may be the reason why she is the OST queen in kdramas, unbeatable KING indeed. :)

Its more like her preference. She can belt really well if she wants to. She just doesn't do it to some of her songs cause the acrobatics really is not needed for an already great song. I mean where is ailee in terms of influence today with her belting? Whereas TY encompasses different age bracket with different genres in diff generation of listeners.
