Taeyeon is already a certified legend. She's one of few idols from groups who has a very succesful career as soloist (like gdragon, taeyang, taemin, hyuna). She even won a daesang as a soloist. Put respect on her name.

The album came out while I was in the middle of class as soon as I got the notification, when I tell you I screamed so loudly the teacher looked worried

Album Of The Year? This album is amazing, all her songs is so good and i don't think if she have a bad song yet, but you need check out her album called Purpose (repackage version), that album is MASTERPIECE

I've listened to kpop for almost 12 years and what you said about albums and b-sides I completely feel!! There are only a couple handfuls of artists/groups where I actually enjoy their full albums! Taeyeon is one of them!

This album is more bright than purpose. because purpose so dark. even this album the theme is about broken heart

Oh boy, you are in for a ride with her albums lmao She has some of the best albums out there (in KPOP and out of KPOP). My Voice (Deluxe Version) and Purpose (Repackage Version) are literally masterpieces. No skips. Her minis are great, but her full albums are mindblowing. I hope you get to react to them

This! Time lapse hits me always on the spot and blue, now, her set myself on fire. I've loved this album so much that I repeated the songs all over and over again unconsciously. My favorite out of all of her mini albums is her why and then for full albums is this and the two. I'm so glad that her invu album is getting so much recognition.

you have to react to all the albums Taeyeon released! All of her albums are no-skips! I definitely agree with you when you said an album should have quality and every song should be well-crafted and well thought of! Taeyeon's albums are like that, from her solo debut up to now. Definitely recommend you to listen to My Voice (Deluxe), Something New and Purpose (Deluxe). Those albums are my absolute favorites. She has always been my bias in Girls Generation, but I've loved her even more now that she's really became into an artist she is now. I really cannot express my love for her enough. She deserves everything. I love her so much 😭 I would really want to see and hear her live if given a chance.

She's not just "Taeyeon". She's "The Main Vocal and Leader of SNSD".

This year maybe hard for me to choose AOTY if Aespa also release their 1st full album. SM makes me crazy of their B sides. Taeyeon+SM is really something. I don't think any company can help Taeyeon better than SM. SM is bad but they really care about music. SM never lacks in music, they just bad in promotion and protect their artists. Yeah, from Aespa appears, I think SM better a lot with promotion. They spent budget more and received more and more. Life is hard with Taeyeon. She always touch me with her voice. I want to cry every time I listen her sad song.

man, one more thing, i REALLY appreciate you reacting to the subtitled videos of songs as well. i liked Ending Credits without knowing what it was about, so i had my own preconceived meaning of it. i did not expect the song to go where it went with its lyrics. it's been a while since i got slapped by a song's lyrics. taeyeon has a few more of these lyrical/emotional whiplash songs but i'm not going to name them in case you prefer to be surprised when you do eventually listen to it. so yeah, please listen to more of her full length albums! and react to them of course!

This was so hard and it took me 2 days of listening to the album over a million times to do my ranking. Ending Credit always makes me teary everytime I listen to the song. A slow song but feel so powerful. Giving some power to move on.
