This tactics board session is delivered by UEFA Pro license coach James (Jimmy) Shan. @jimmy_shan78 on twitter.
Jimmy has a wealth of football knowledge and coaches with a level of detail which is second to none. His coaching journey began at Birmingham City FC where he started out as an age group coach before going to to become the 9-16 assistant academy manager.
The next step on his coaching journey saw him join West Bromwich Albion FC where he coached across all age groups from pre academy to 1st team. In March 2019 he was appointed caretaker manager following the sacking of Darren Moore, leading the club to a 3-0 victory against Swansea City in his first game in charge. In April 2019 it was announced that Shan would remain as caretaker manager until the end of the 2018-19 season. Following the appointment of Slaven Bilic, Shan left WBA for a new venture.
In December 2019 Shan was appointed as the interim manager of Kidderminster Harriers before leaving the club in February 2020 to take the role of manager of Solihull Moors where he still remains.
An incredible coaching journey.
