    I'm confused. The music and different references are throwing this entire recipe off. Is this a Mexican Dish, Puerto Rican Dish or Dominican Dish? Help me out Tavo.

    Rue de Rue great question! This recipe is inspired by a Mexican dish but I do things a little my way as well. And as far as the music goes this channel pays tribute to all Latin American beautiful dishes.
