You're welcome! The JBA upper arms do not require a press they're bolted in. The factory Toyota control arm's If I remember right are pressed in.

Why replace ball joint? how old and how many miles on it? The one came with the truck/suv had over 100K miles and it still running fine.

These were aftermarket and were loose. I no longer have the truck, though. I have a newer tacoma. Hopefully, these last 100,000 miles. I even replaced my upper before the new arms on my 2011 at 70,000 miles.
