It’s another beautiful today I’m going to share another super easy, and delicious recipe, and best part under 30 minutes , this beats going to the drive thru ANYTIME because everything is better when it’s homemade this burritos are no exception 😅 ☺️💕 i just love how many memories can revolve around one dish this used to be our breakfast type of meal I remember a egg used to be placed in each taco big props to my grandma for that 😅 this meal is under 15$ the meat itself you can get it for 4$ a lb and like my grandma she used to always add whatever she had in her pantry potatoes is always a filler not only are the super delicious but it’s also a way to stretch a meal! PRO TIP!!!!
✅I use homemade flour tortillas • SUPER Addictive SOFT B... or premade from tortilla land a good burrito starts with a good tortilla!
✅if you feel like it’s too many spices( which are all of the main spices you SHOULD already have) you can use your favor taco seasoning
✅don’t overstuffed the tortillas, it will be hard to roll 😅
Ingredients:
Spanish rice
1 1/2 cup white rice
8 oz tomato sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Chicken bouillon I used 4 tsp
3 cups water
Taco Meat:
2 lbs ground beef I used 85/15
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp New Mexico chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt I used 2 tsp
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp all purpose flour
Nacho cheese
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp pickled jalapeño juice
1 1/2 cup milk
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (DONT GET PRE SHREDDED, it will make sauce taste grainy)
1/2 tsp cayanne pepper
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Salt I used 1/4 tsp
1 serving of love💕

I never do Taco Bell or burritos cause of all that too filling jumbo flour tortillas. My go to are burrito bowls. But as always, your prep and filling recipe looks delicious and something I’d like to try. I’m sold.
Every time I think about going to Taco Bell, I have to remind myself that "taco bell is taco hell", and that I can cook now.

Looks delicious Claudia, just like everything you make. Question.. When making homemade flour tortillas, can I use a stand mixer to combine flour tortilla ingredients? Will the final result still be as tender as hand kneading?
