+siemenssx1 I think he meant to say they are both winners not in regard to the game but for what they are doing as people with such difficulties and still not giving up even though many others in their condition would.

i‘m egyption and proud for both ,they are sent message to the world that disability is not in body but in thinking ..respect

To people saying 'it's unfair, the other guy's playing with hand', guys, that's not important. For each of them it's important only to be able to compete and to do their maximum. Those both guys are amazing and they should be proud of what they managed to achieve! Bravo, gentlemen, BRAVO!

daweedian84 Also, The athletes are evaluated before the Paralympics and are classified. So even though they aren’t competing against people with the exact same disabilities, they are competing with people who have a similar level of impairment, so that’s what makes it fair.

The fact that they are competing against eachother and that both of them are giving their best and in that way showing respect to each other is the most important thing, not the fact who has bigger disability.

After watching this. I can only ask, what's our excuse. If this guys can do it, what an inspiration. Let's get out there and chase our dreams.

BIGGEST RESPECT! Paralympics always make me cry because I realize how strong and talented these people with disabilities are.

Amazing - Respect to both the players. Although Ibrahim lost, he would have won many hearts. It takes a lot to compete and what a fighting spirit till the end.

The ingenuity of the human mind never ceases to amaze me.

The Egyptian is beyond impressive, he is inspiring

You know despite sitting back at home thinking he can't do anything, he believed in himself and went to Olympics. That's the biggest achievement. I don't care about the result believing in yourself is the most imp thing. Kudos to the German guy for winning

yes and to be fair the german is missing an arm, a lot of mobility in his legs and his left hand is completely malformed. the committee pairs them so their disadvantages are as similar as possible

yes I think the german is the second most disabled, they normally pair them like this. he is missing an arm, can’t bend his legs and his left hand is missing many fingers

They still train for this, don't understimate human potential. What is wonderful is how despite their disabilities and knowing how much harder it is to achieve glory, they still find the morale to get to this level and never give up.

Respect to both of them, they can do favourite game with their unbelievable spirit and effort, even the result is they’re the winners of match.

Someone i respect told me how awesome Para Olympians are 1. They surpassed the limitation of normal human function, and use other part to play the same sport as anybody with all healthy limbs 2. The amount of will power to do thing in point 1 effectively
