Hiking/climbing up Table Mountain using the India Venster Trail in February 2021. Perhaps the fastest way up but definitely a bit challenging. What it is like and what obstacles to expect.
Long story short, anyone mildly athletic can do it. Just budget between 2-4 hours depending on your endurance.
