Now after becoming producer she understands why some people are not casted as they are not bankable… its a fact not always pure talent is bankable

Camp system is the only way Alia got those roles , while there were real good actors whom we wanted see were struggling like this.. thanks to knganna who exposed this nepotism and groupism world and made audience see reality

I really loved Tapsee's chemistry with Ali Zafar in Chashme Badoor. She's evolved since then and her performance in Badla was exceptional too. Congrats on her upcoming nuptials (if the rumours are true) as well. Women who are less confident tend to have had toxic relationships with narcissistic men (they go hand in hand)and that's definitely a VERY RED flag - sad but true - there are several million men like that in India - dare I say, the majority, imo...

It's always such a pleasure listening to Taapsee and her insights...lovely personality with such clarity and confidence!!

The progressive trend finally in BW that leading ladies are also getting married and having kids and still doing leading ladies roles coming in BW is progressive ! Alia, Deepika, Kareena, etc! This should continue for both actors and actress, because this is a job , does not forced the artists to not have a full life !

The obvious reason why producers don't give big budget films to films of female actors is because they're not yet bankable actors. Big budget don't give you bog openings, otherwise Selfie, Shezada, Dhakad etc would have all opened to big numbers

The problem with Tapsee is that her films box office has kinda always been low. Manmarziaan, Mulk, Thappad, Saand ki aankh, Shabaash Mithu, Do Bara are all very low collection films. The only one film which made money in the last 6 to 7 films is Dunki and obviously the responsibility to bring the audience in theatres for that film is on SRK. Tapsee has to make those films work which are feasible to make with her.

I am wondering where tapsee does comedy in dunky..it was all done by srk and others if there was any.

Dunki superhit in India and Blockbuster ww 100 crs budget and it earned 230 crs net domestic and 470 crs WW first go to tuition and learn maths you have 0 knowledge about cinema and maths

Firstly, DUNKI was a pathetic movie. I’m a BIG fan of Rajkumar Hirani. That movie hurt me , pathetic acting 🎭 It would be 80s - 90s hit. But this generation need better. This woman acted so bad, it was cringe 😬 There was competition between her n SRK , who’ll be more cringe 😢

You watch salman all movies Dunki is not for you it's a class movie which was critically and commercially Superhit in India and Blockbuster ww you are the biggest cringe and film was awesome and there is no doubt about that srk was in his Mnik cdi swades Dil se paheli etc type character role so your movie choice is pathetic nothing else
