As someone who was in middle school band, I was taught that you were to always focus on the conductor for your visual ques. While I was thinking the same thing at how they are able to keep their composer and not laugh, I guess they were able to mostly focus on the conductor and the sheet music making it easy to generally ignore. Though you can tell a few of the band members were kind of smiling, but trying to keep professional.

John Williams is the creator of a lifecycle. Without him the dinosaurs would never have returned to earth, the force did not exist, not even magic would come true without this man. The greatest explorer of the world wouldn't come alive nor would christmas be the same and bikes would never fly, imagine a world like this, and reflect Thanks John Williams.

Confirmed, John Williams is a musical super-villian! So many classic movie themes done by him and this one is so good, one of my favorite orchestral pieces of his! Great job by the orchestra!
It is thrilling to see young musicians perform with such artistry and precision. I hope each of them is able to pursue a career in performance

Yeah I don't know about twice as many years, they objectively sound very, very good for high schoolers and could easily be early college level but there are definitely things they've got to work on....like tempo (that one section in the trumpets at 4:23 is tricky, easy to be late to the party there and they were). They're just not pros yet and we shouldn't expect them to be. They'll get there. Overall it was a phenomenal performance.

I always heard it being from the performer's perspective. When you're doing months and months of practicing on the same stage, then using the perspective of an audience that isn't there doesn't make sense. So I don't know if this helps, but my SIL got a master's in paleontology, and literally all she did was go out on digs for weeks on end. Basically she went camping out in the dusty Utah desert for weeks on end with crappy food and grumpy academics, and wrote papers.

And the T-Rex too. Right?
This sounds exactly like the Movie. Well done. But because the Real T-rex couldn't make it. It had to send out its Double.

Imagine a peaceful world where they play this everyday.. and u are on a cliff.. watching a beautiful world.. with pteranodon flying around and t-rexes roaring all around.. then u feel a stomp, yes its the brachiosaurus trying to grab leaves.. and the sound of the wind and water flowing.. with a warm temperature.. also with some clouds above.. *just releasing my imagination throughout the orchestra

Then the T-Rex is on their period and gets angry and decides to bite you head off and eat it as an appetizer :)
This piece is the perfect lullaby.
Happy BirthDay, John Williams!
I lost it when the Rex started waggling his little arms in time with the music.

As I get older I really grow to appreciate more the sound of an ensemble like this. So clean and coordinated, you have to respect it.
Maybe polen can't in to space, but can in to music very well. Absolutely amazing.

Connor notyerbidness We aren’t praising the composer. We’re praising the people performing. John Williams is awesome, but he’s not the one conducting, playing or walking around in a T. Rex costume. So he doesn’t get to be the subject of the conversation right now, as good as he is.

Me encanta, esta melodía es preciosa y la orquesta la interpreta de maravilla!!
Blown away that these are student musicians; fabulous syncopation. And the Jurassic Park mise-en-scene theme is so cool. Things like this keep my Peter Pan imagination alive.
4:29から出てくるティラノさんが、小さな手を振って指揮したりするのが可愛い😇
All my childhood memories suddenly flood in my head when the song starts. oh my god. This music is beautiful.
