I've been really happy with the coverage as well as prices in comparison to what I've seen from AT&T with my friends and family. I'm happy their doing this. I have not been with them as long as you have but I'm not sold on this deal yet. T-Mobile has not answered any of the hard questions and so far has been playing on people's national concerns with China. I mean I do agree a combined company can provide better coverage and speeds. However, who will keep them in check as far as priceing, who will make them keep investment up in the network and not just do some form of psuedo 5g like AT&T is trying to market. At the end of the day they are a company and unless I see a contract that gurantees some of the statements being made I will not be fully sold.

I was on Sprint before T-Mobile. Sprint seemed fine and then the management changed and then they got our bills wrong, we lost true unlimited data, customer service was terrible, etc. My family switched to T-Mobile and that's been great. Cingular was very good, and AT&T ruined that after a merger but I don't see that happening with T-Mobile/Sprint.

I’m often the only one with service if I travel with family and friend. But even with all my love for vz I might check out T-mobile again in couple years from now. I love the T-mobile CEO John! The problem i see with the new technology is it doesn't help if you do not have enough towers for your customers. Ill give example i am with t mobile and by my job i get 40-70mb a sec. There is mostly companies there and not much residential housing. When i get home i get 5-15mb a sec with the tower being 1 mile away. All residential area very few businesses. When speed drops to less then a1 mb i call customer support to complain and the tower is always congested. So until you can fix this issue then to me new technology doesn't help anything.

I had prepaid in UK from 1998 & it started in USA after 2010 because of T Mobil prepaid.

Charles Sherry So it's really about the cellular "radios" in your phone that recieves the signal. Currently no phones have 5g radios, so you will have to upgrade your device when they make phones available with the correct "radio" to receive a 5G signal. LTE Phones as I understand won't be able to receive 5G signals only LTE.

So if millimeter wave technology is not expansive how do you explain reconfiguring a dead Cdma technology that Sprint utilizes to convert an entirely different GSM network of Tmobile? Also there's different options than providing 5g through millimeter wave. There's fiber technology. Something that At&t has an abundant source of, and something that TMobile and Sprint have absolutely do not have.

I was a Sprint customer since 2003 and now with MetroPCS. The reason I left Sprint is because it seems they care more about getting new customers rather than taking care of their long term customers. My only fear with this merger is prices are going to skyrocket and only new customers are going to benefit.

the only way to be profitable is to keep all customers happy new and old. Based on the past and what they just said I doubt they would risk losing any customers since their goal is to expand and become the best deal out of the big 3.

Eduardo Orama Del Pilar I think if you compare T-Mobile plans and AT&T for just Unlimited you will find T-Mobile will save you about $30 a month at this time. For two lines it's $100 and T-Mobile has 50 GB G4 Unlimited. After 50 gigabytes your throttle bag but 3 months ago AT&T throttle juice bag at 25gb. Big difference. Check it out I hope it save you some money.

Eduardo Orama Del Pilar trust me You pay less with t-mobile But see now my dad was military and now gotten the bill down was at 269 they took 100$ off so if you have someone in the military in your family you can get 50% on your bill and we have a family of 4 and the receptions Awesome with this conjoined companies sprint and t-mobile it's going to get better.. been with t-mobile for more then 15 years. The military family plan made this better.. look at the T-mobile One plan You get hotpot tethering too.

What I've seen with AT&T is yes the price is slightly higher than T-Mobile (not by much), and by far better service all over, higher reception, faster data speeds all over all the time. I don't get that with T-Mobile, I never got that with Sprint. Note that they wont talk about lower prices, because the prices WILL GO UP, but likely be less than AT&T and Verizon as they are currently - inflation and innovation will drive prices up anyway, its natural. I pay about $250 more per month TODAY than I did 10 years ago.

I'm disappointed that MR SON dint push Sprint harder and give the investments to make Sprint better. Once sprint is done I will give T Mafia 6 months to a year and if they yank me around I will go to Verizon. I have 1 line with Verizon now. 5 with sprint. All my phones with work fine with Verizon....

If sprint really does go away after the merger? The new T-Mobile should atleast still keep the sprint logo as a turbocharger. Also since boost also have that logo as well... That let people know that sprint is migrated as part of the new T-Mobile. It's just be fair. Also be cooler like nobody has ever done that with their company's logo except for sprint towards boost logo...

As a previous Sprint Customer i can assure these merger will screw up T-Mobile customers. When i was a sprint customer i had nothing but lies from their employees and most were extremely rude and in one occasion i was told to leave the store and had to call the police on them, as for service their data is horrible i went back to sprint asking for help multiples times and they always gave the same excuse (we are updating our towers) and i told them this is been happening for two years and still no good service ??? That was the reason why i got kick out of one of their stores because new potential customer were walking out the door when they heard about these issues. Their phone reception if you work near a military base is also non existence. that is the reason why i drop SPRINT and move to T-Mobile but if these merger becomes a reality i am dumping T-mobile And i highly suggested you do the same if you are a T-Mobile customer. Why do you thing their commercial on you tube comment are blocked They know thousands of sprint customer will post negative comments because of their poor service and rude employees.
