A spoonful of black vinegar, water 80% full, pepper
The amount of the video for about two people
1. Add the oil in a hot pan, add the minced garlic and chili flakes until the oil temperature has not risen, and stir-fry for a fragrance. Add the onion shreds.
2. Fry until the spice aroma comes out, add lamb slices
3. Fry the mutton slices until they are half cooked, add the shacha sauce, fry until fragrant, add soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, pepper, spicy watercress, sugar, stir well, and add a bowl of water.
4. After the water is boiled, add the water spinach for about 1 minute, the water spinach becomes soft
5. Add the cornstarch water, after the thickening is complete, add the black vinegar!
