Great video. Thanks for the Eng subs too. Very helpful. I had one question. I couldn't find any info in FIAT workshop manual about correct placement of camshaft inside the casing. So, when you replaced T-Jet cams with 1.2 NA cams, did you follow any particular orientation or markings when pushing the camshafts inside the casings? Also, how to ensure that the exhaust and intake cams are at the right position wrt the cylinder/piston position? Thanks!

The camshafts must be properly positioned relative to each other. This setting is ensured by the procedure of setting the entire timing and using the appropriate locks, which are available on the market. it is very standard procedure, it's wierd, you did not find it earlier. if you need more information, please contact by facebook page or messenger: facebook.com/seicentofuncar/

Czołem. Uszczelkę "pokrywy zaworów" jaką do tjeta polecisz? Tylko oryginał czy może być zamiennik typu Elring? Sączy mi się olej do gniazda świecy na I i II cyl.

Hello. Its a pretty good video, very detailed, love it. I have one question: How did you tighten that new screw at the crankshaft with 340nm? I mean how did you fix the pistons without the rest of the engine and the timing belt?

340 is to much, 200 is ok, use glue. Pistons are set by factory.

Czołem. Tjet 1.4 120KM. Przy okazji wymiany świec okazało się że na pierwszym i drugim gnieździe świecy stoi olej. Auto odpala od strzała. Obroty jałowe stabilne. Auto jeździ. Uszczelka pokrywy? Pilny temat do roboty?

at 8:30, the subtitles says that you torqued that bolt 340nm, but you said before that its not correct. Whats the correct torque? Because originally its 20nm + 110°

Maybe it is not so cleraed, 340Nm it is torque generated by engine.

Witam. Film super. Będzie dla mnie pomocą przy wymianie głowicy w Bravo 2 1.4 16V. Mam kilka pytań. Jakie rozmiary kluczy ribe do pokrywy z wałkami i do głowicy? Gdzie dostanę ori uszczelki? oryginalne uszczelki kupuje w ASO Fiata, momenty są ogólnodostępne, aczkolwiek ja mam swoje, na wielu silnikach sprawdzone, do większych mocy. Rozmiary kluczy dopasowane do śrub i nakrętek.

mam takie pytanko czy w tym silniku wałek ssący i wydechowy napędzają się od siebie kołami zębatymi ?

Na szczegóły zapraszam na FB. Zależy duzo od stanu części. Sama robocizna rozłożenia i złożenia silnika bez rozbierania dołu to 1000 zł. Reszta to koszt części i ich ewentualnej modyfikacji.
