The fact that it's sampled from everywhere by Fleetwood mac makes it EVEN better, this is probably my favourite sza song

i'm super happy w/ how big she's gotten but it's also kinda bittersweet tbh. I miss her mixtape days

I “discovered” Sza and FKA twigs at the same time in 2017. Their eps were the soundtrack of my college days. Twigs and SZA are doing amazing in their careers. I’m proud

I feel the same way too! I think it’s cause the song is talking about wondering about your growth and understanding. So I get why it’s sort of sad sounding cause it’s a personal growth song 💕

SZA's S is top, like, 12 albums / EPs, whatever of my entire life. lol I Had a very beautiful, contemplative relationship with this record during that funny, grey & terrifying last month of high school energy-era. 'Dreamy', is used too freely as a descriptor of music. This whole project feels like an actual dream that I've jotted down & committed to memory, even though like 60% of it is contextually unpleasant.

I don't think anyone noticed this but the Intros for both PSA and Castles (From her S ep, also used as SZA's introduction to TDE video) are VERY similar. It's kind of shown the transformation that SZA has gone through which I find really cool TDE Presents SZA (Castles)- kzread.info/dash/bejne/c3ial9mtm6XPibA.html PSA - kzread.info/dash/bejne/mHdkmLhpiq-tp8o.html In the castles intro, she has a very bright royal tone with the use of the instruments. In Personal Service Announcement, that bright tone is now really dark and lowered an octive The intro lyrics really sticks out to me in Castles Wish I was prettier a little for ya Maybe I’ll understand when I get older I just don’t get it yet I’m not finished yet And in PSA she says I always knew things would be just fine Ooh, I always knew it'd get worse with time (Ooh, ooh) You should go cry about it, oh (Ooh, ooh) Not tryna fight about it, oh It's like the beginning and end of the same relationship. She is older now and she understands that it's not healthy to constantly keep wishing to be "prettier for ya" but she still says that shes not gonna fight about it.
