My view of why SOAD is so great: -Serj sounds like no other singer in the world. -Daron also sounds like no other singer in the world. -You actually have both of them in the same band. -They have some serious and noble things to say in their songs. -....but they are still cool enough to say it in hardrock way.

I love how Daron strums the intro chords before starting the song and it’s not until he starts arpeggiating the chords where people realize what song is starting. Little stuff like that makes me so happy :)

Every time I hear the riff at 0:34 and the crowd's reaction, pumps me up every single time. Lucky those people there.

You know the greatness of a band when they sound as good, if not better, live than on recording. SOAD has always had badass live shows (from watching their YT live shows), with their awesome vocals and musicality, I can only hope to one day seem them live
