Amazing. Thank you. Good clarity in explanantion. So, If infection happens in the tip of little finger, it can theoretically spread to distal forearm in to deep space of porana. The space of Parona is a potential space in the distal forearm / volar wrist, deep to the flexor tendons. The space lies between the fascia of the pronator quadratus muscle and the flexor digitorum profundus tendon sheath.

My doctor told me the sheath in my wrist ruptured. He explained that a lump on my wrist was an oily liquid that had gone hard. My wrist is sore and I keep getting pain shooting upto my elbow. I left the doctor's office. Now I have lots of questions. Will the rupture heal? How long do I need to wear a splint? Before seeing this video I didn't even know what a sheath in the wrist was. Thank you for video.
