FloTrack took a trip out to Scotch Plains, New Jersey to catch a workout with 2016 Olympian Sydney McLaughlin. And despite the pouring rain the Union Catholic H.S. track team still got in their workout.

She is such a Beast. Seemed to be verywhere at NCAAs
Sled was the perfect drill to use...kudos to that coach...Syd is a beast still
Very good coaching. I wish we did sleds and sprints. All we do is cardio and weights. Also notice how well her nervous system is reacting to those sleds. That's what makes a world class sprinter. Not natural strength, not quick legs, but the athlete's ability to react to training.
