i personally don't mind the showboating. These are extremely difficult sports and it's amazing when an athlete finally sees their hard work pay off.
First hurdles race in 21 months is crazy & ran her 2nd fastest time ever! Good to see Michael Norman open up too at the same meet with his 2nd fastest ever opener of 44.21 (9th fastest time ever). 2:13; Favour Ofili also ran 22.34 (-2.0) into a big headwind last wkend which is roughly 22.14 (0.0) - 22.04 (2.0).

you're comment is about as ignorant as that jackass currently occupying the white house and being a communist dictator and no brains to communicate let alone put words together to be coherent. there's a reason why many 400 m specialists drop down to the 100 and 200 events. they don't have to plan on when to use their afterburners, they can just flat out run 110% from the sound of the gun going off.

I run the 200 meters and it always surprises me when I see a wind reading over the limit and they say it helped the runners when it feels to me like half the time I'm running into the wind. I'd much rather run a 200 meter in no wind than having a tailwind on the straight. What most people don't know is that over 115 meters of a 200 meter race is on the turn and most of that time a tailwind for the straight is a hindrance on the curve.

The same She ricks whom she BEAT in a 60? The same Shericka that didn't go sub-22 until SEVERAL YEARS LATER than Abby? ....just checking
Autsch. The time is nothing but to be expected. Femke Bol had 22.64 indoors , which is 2022 Lieke Klaver 200m outdoors. It is not a poor result at all. But it is not "setting the track on fire". It is a good time. Great to see the athlete fit and in good shape. But it is the same time, you would expect from Klaver and Bol. For the Netherland athletes, the 200m are less important. It is not "something special". The athlete is in good shape and fit. Which is great.

Indeed: And Bol ran that 22.64 in februari 1 HOUR after having won a 400 in 49.69 in Metz. And 22.38 + 2.9 m/s wind assist is about equal to 22.6 without wind.

😂 Lemme educate you: Syd did 22.68 indoors ....in 2018. And she's a lot faster now. Also did 22.39 at age 18...ahead of even Miller-Uibo's age-matched results. You were saying? Femke will continue to get *SMOKED* by Syd every time.

@@horstmueller1000 🤣🤣🤣 You just made a complete FOOL out of yourself bro. Indoor is SLOWER (harder to run with those tight turns on a 200m track) So 22.6 on an indoor track is a lot BETTER than 22.6 on an easier outdoor track. So you just proved that the result for McLaughlin is EVEN WORSE... Please learn basic arithmatic before you say STUPID things? 🤡🤡🤡
She's showing that she's in fine form leading up to the Olympics. She will be almost impossible to beat in the 400 or 400m hurdles in the open. It's great to see Femke Bol doing well, but these races are still Sydney's to lose, IMO.

@@efisgpr Time will tell but at least she has run an amazing number of races including on relays. Her movement is so smooth she seems to be able to avoid major injuries. Of course, being human, she will obviously tire eventually.
Nice race but I’d like to see her run against faster women
How funny would it be if LeBron James was pronounced like Sydney’s taken last name Levrone
In all seriousness, some of you really think Femke can beat Sydney in a running race?
@efisgpr

Exactly. Syd is just way faster.
Why does everybody overlook Knighton, he has beaten Lyles and Tebogo, Tebogo has never beaten Knighton, EVER.

Erriyon Knighton is a fierce competitor. I don't think he's being overlooked because his record speaks for itself. For whatever reason Tobogo is the flavor of the month right now. There aren't many that line up in the blocks in a race Knighton is in,knowing they can beat him in the 200m. A couple of channels highlighted him early in the season, haven't heard a whole lot since.
Her onlyfans gonna feed generations
She solely focused on building her top speed. She has the anatomy (tall, long limbs), she already had more than enough strength. Now she can destroy the 400 because tp speed is key. She even could be a strong contender in the 200.
Bol isn’t catching her! She’s all hype from indoor performances which Sydney doesn’t run.
I am thinking that Femke Bol at this point is closer to a 400m double than Sydney is and I say that recognizing Sydney as GOAT 400m hurdler. Interesting summer ahead!

Tebogo. With a g 😅
Imagine the times Sydney could turn in if she actually learned to HURDLE the barriers instead of JUMPING them. Check the videos of Edwin Moses, Sydney, and see how a real 400m HURDLER does it.
