As a swimmer myself, I don't think this is that hard for Helen really. But the fact that Merab is doing it without proper swim technique is crazy impressive because he's spending so much energy trying to move through the water while still holding his breath for such a long distance. For Helen and any experienced/trained swimmer, it's still challenging of course but because of that streamline and kick we can kinda glide through it and conserve energy but Merab is doing breaststroke, probably the toughest stroke to do underwater, and with not the best technique. Probably why his cardio is so elite. He's just grinding, it's awesome, go Merab! Love this video!

Merab is becoming my favorite fighter

He's a solid dude. I wish Aljo gave merab his chance at 135 & he goes up to 145 & they could have lifted each other up at the same time.. Idk why that didn't happen

That's actually a really good point. I bet a lot of people don't notice that and how much that shows a person's fitness. Even athletic people who do a bit of physical effort when talking can sound out of breath.. So it really does show being in good shape and condition
