A 6th sense 1/2oz swim jig was the first jig I caught a fish on. Tie it on and go down a juicy bank. Swim it, pitch it, hop it, flip it, and whatever else. Now the jig is one of my favorite ways to catch them I have a whole box of different types of jigs. But the swim jig from ice out through the summer is always tied on

I've been fishing bubblegum jigs for quite a while since back in my tournament days I was hoping that your thumbnail was inaccurate and clickbait but now gets out of the bag. Fantastic jig. I have someone that custom makes them for me.

I'm obsessed with swim jigs and frogs. Two of the best bites ever. I honestly know I have more swim jigs and frogs than any other lure.

You can use nail wieghts in your trailer to increase weight of the jig

Caught my fist fish on a swim jig last weekend, I like how weedless it is kinda fish it anywhere.

Tyler, I enjoyed the video because I fish a swim jig a lot! I have no use for a chatter bait or spinner bait, I don't even have a spinner bait in my bag! Recently, I saw a few bass following my lure back to me and finally gave in on the idea that bass DO chase lures, especially since I've seen so few at my lake do it. So, I cast out my swim jig and instinctively drag it a few feet. That will tell me if they are bottom feeding. I know, this is backwards me looking for the inactive fish first but, it's my MO. Then the hopping starts and, sometimes they want that. Now, just two weeks ago I started slow rolling the swim jig so it makes contact with what grass I have there. I turn the handle to maintain a constant speed and then turn it faster a turn or so once contact is made. What do you know, it works! They were hitting it well last week using the constant retrieve with some faster handle turns!! Learned something new and, I look forward to using it more as the water warms more.

Ive not done as well on a swim jig as most of our lakes are either very stained to muddy( 5” to 12” visibility. . Blades seem to help. Are your lakes pretty clear?

I catch fish 3 to 1 fast, but if the want it slow, it's got to be painfully slow!

My man I really think the swim jig is amazing. I hate the chatter bait the fish get so conditioned to the sound it's kinda like the whopper plopper it will faze out.

.... I suggest the kastking jig rod and a mega jaws black reel. 7-6:1 ratio. 7+ ft heavyish rod.
