Mrs. Mattie, I can smell those delicious apples all the way over here!!! They are absolutely one of my most favorite pairings with some old fashioned buttermilk biscuits. I also make them every year for Thanksgiving, because they go so well with Turkey and Ham. I am not a big fan of cranberry sauce, so I make fried apples instead. Have a beautiful and Blessed weekend.
