Great recipe. Tried it without the cornstarch and egg. Added pineapple chunks to sauce with fried chicken Excellent. Thank you very much

So delicious!! Made this recipe twice, came out perfect each time as it is now a family favorite. Very versatile as you can use any vegetable or fruit tehe. First time I used bell peppers as instructed and the second time i tried pineapple chunks yum!!😇

Does with the egg come smell ..because I don't like the food 😕 with egg smell

No that's not a good idea. It makes the fried chicken soggy and defeats the purpose. Dry batter is better.

I am not such a good cook or in general I don't cook. However, by looking at your recipe I might try cooking later. Thanks for sharing!
