Swedish army flashlight DIY solar panel phone charger.
I took and old Swedish army flashlight and made it in to an all in one item. A solar charged flashlight that is also a power bank to charge your phone and can be charged with a phone charger.
A nice little project for a rainy day.

A fantastic project! Your MODs have significant potential benefits during an emergency and will be very handy for camping or hiking. I wonder if the parts will fit into the newer plastic versions of the light? To be candid, I like the old-school look of metal and leather. Due to our Philippine tropical environment, I often compromise (KYDEX knife sheath, synthetic materials, etc.) on gear that sees daily use to cut maintenance time.

Hi, jack, Thanks for the comment. I doubt that this project would last in the wet tropics. It has more holes than a sieve. But as an exercise what can be done with a little time and patience it's pretty nice. I to like the old metal version better. Greetings Wim
