What happened to #himtoo ? Why did she went there without an appointment? In the video it can clearly seen that she was not assaulted. Infact she is misbehaving. If the video is after the assault then how it it possible. She told that "Kapre fade gaye" and all these. Where was she missing for so many days. When kejriwal was in jail she was in USA. But if she is making false complaint then why will she not be punished? If it is proved that Swati is making false complaint why will she not be punished. Why will not be put in jail? Similar thing happened during IAC movement. Some random girl make fake complaint against Kumar Viswas. When the fake complaint is proved the girl is not punished. Why is that? She should be put in Jail for 5 years.

Entire video footage, CCTV footage of Kejriwal's residence etc should be made public. Investigation should happen. But if she is making false complaint then she should be put in jail. Atishi is reading the script just created today with 50 seconds clip but in reality Sanjay singh has already accepted with in 2 days of the incident happened in CM house. Modi's PA didn't go around carrying out Violence against women though in Manipur. It is a Local Conflct that went out of hand of even BJP. Don't forget, BJP Minister's house was also firebombed in Manipur. Its not like BJP was funding the Mob, Its just Brutal Comminal violence. However, in this case Kejriwal himself is involved, It happened in his house and done by his P.A.

If Singhvi does indeed get a Rajya Sabha seat then we know this could be true.

Police didn't confiscate the CCTV footage when they went to re-create the crime scene. She is a capable intelligent woman with power. If she is claiming CCTV is tampered it means, there is no corroborative evidence. This means, to convict, her testimony will need to be that of "stellar quality". But there is a delay. No medical evidence in all probability. The video is also damning. It's very murky. But I have no confidence that it's a case for conviction. Most probably it's a power play to send Kejriwal back to jail. 3:25
