Those are all beautiful. I love that Aussie Red Gold color. I just ordered the Quin. Deep Gold yesterday and I'm not sure I'm going to like it. We shall see. 😊

PY53 is opaque in every brand, so there is no white added. I love using it for highlights.

Such happy colors!!! Yes, you are a nerd. HAHAHAHA. That's one of the many things that I like about you. Historical palettes sound VERY interesting. I am degreed in costume design so I have historical knowledge but never thought about using historical colors. God bless your day and Blu.

Schmincke's Rutile Yellow is a very warm shade of PY53, most of the ones on the watercolour market are very cool, pale and opaque. About as cool as you can get, in pastel form. They are beautiful. ☺️ The Michael Harding Q. Gold looks gorgeous! If lightfastness is of interest/of importance to you I'd test the Aussie Red Gold, mine got significantly duller (I just mentioned that in a comment under your red video ☺️), most likely due to the PY83. And purely based on the pigments I'd avoid using the Holbein one with PY74 & PY83. Unless they have some sort of magic formula that defies UV-light. Is it helpful or just annoying that I comment with lightfastness info and experiences? 🙂 Lovely video, as always! ☺️

I did a blue swatching video, but I did it by swatching around little island illustrations, so it is quite different! Thank you so much for your good wishes for Balloo, he is slowly but surely feeling like his old bouncy self! ❤️😊
