Thanks for showing me where the water line is stored, Now I can shut off the water. This is my first swamp cooler and it sprung a leak and I couldn't figure out where it was before.

Good Idea. Ill have to try this. The only thing I would change is putting a cap on the second valve so if it fails water would not leak out.

Man I fixing that right now lol I saw this video and said let me go look at mine. Sure enough leaking all over the floor.

My question is I live in an apartment and inside by the water heater is the same thing and I can't tell if it's running with the water on or not how do I tell? I'm trying to figure out how much it's on if it all because the swamp cooler is not working great and they just changed out the pump.

That crazy those valve never close where I live. They seem to always leak
