Hello The Odd Job Do'er here and today's quick plumbing job is taking care of one hose creation and adding what should be a better one, without the use of a cheap hose manifold! the issue with hose manifolds are for the most part they are made cheap you either get the cheap cheap two way, or the more expensive but still kind of cheap made multi tap that if they don't start leaking the little valves to control the flow of the water seem to get stuck or mess up. the way i am working it in this video is i am getting rid of the .25 inch valve that feeds both the swamp cooler and the evaporate or evaporative cooler and getting them there own hose bib! this system will also keep one hose bib, sillcock, or spigot, for a hose. with just a few tools like pipe wrench, angle pliers, adjustable wrench and a few parts including Teflon tape for water, it is not to hard to make a better connection then the cheap hose manifolds. if you have any questions or comments let me know and Thank You for watching!
